league of minnesotca cities <br />MEMORANDUM December 21, 1984 <br />TO: Mayors, Managers, Clerks, Legislative Contacts``"� <br />FROM: Donald Slater, Executive Director <br />SUBJECT: 1985 LMC/AMM LEGISLATIVE ACTION CONFERENCE <br />The 1985 LMC/AMM Legislative Action Conference will be held at the <br />St, Paul Radisson Hotel on Kellogg Boulevard on Tuesday, January 29 — <br />Wednesday, January 30. <br />At this conference, LHC member cities will review and adopt 1985 LMC <br />City Policies, The proposed policies recommended by the LMC <br />Legislative Coamirree have been mailed to member cities for distribu— <br />tion. It is suggested that you use the January city council meeting <br />as an opportunity to review those policies and to determine your . <br />participation in the conference, <br />Discussion of the proposed state tax reforms and direction of future <br />state —local fiscal relations will be among the topics highlighted <br />during the conference, <br />Please check the December and January issues of Minnesota Cities or <br />the form attached here and complete registration information.
