1111'1 t I <br />MEMO TO: MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL <br />FROM: CLERK-ADMINISTRATO <br />DATE: DECEMBER 4, 1984 <br />SUBJECT: JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITIES OF <br />MOUNDS VIEW <br />Attached is a copy of the Joint Powers Agreement between the <br />Cities of Mounds View and Blaine for the joint employment of <br />an Energy Coordinator.. This agreement has been approved and <br />entered into by the City of Blaine and requires the approval <br />of the Mounds View City Council. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends Council approve the Joint <br />Powers Agreement between the Cities of Mounds View and <br />Blaine and authorize the Mayor and Clerk -Administrator to <br />enter into said agreement. <br />DFP/mjs <br />Attachment: <br />
