. MEMO TO: Mounds View City Council
FROM: Bruce K. Anderson#aD'
Parks,Recreationtry
DATE: January 17, 1985
RE: Meeting date
Mounds View Parks and Recreation Commission Chairperson Wayne
Burmeister has requested that I forward a memo to you regarding
the rescheduling of our joint City Council -Park Commission meet-
ing. Apparently, January 24 is not a convenient date for the
City Council, and Mr. Burmeister suggests that we move the date
back one week to Thursday, January 31. Should the Council decide
that January 31 would be a good meeting date, I would recommend
that it be established as an official meeting, to eliminate any
conflict with the open meeting law.
It would be the intent of the Parks and Recreation Commission to
review goals and objectives for 1985, as well as the five year
capital improvement plan in addition to brainstorming how we
might best accomplish our common goals. Should you have any
questions regarding the proposed meeting date of January 31,
please contact myself directly at ext. #41.
BKA/sll
