RESOLUTION NO. 1160 <br />PAGE TWO <br />B. Community groups or organizations that do not <br />reflect the best interest of the safety, <br />health and welfare of all Mounds View <br />residents or any activity that should be <br />deemed to be dangerous to ones personal <br />safety or health as determined by the City <br />Council. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the use of City Hall <br />facilities is contingent upon the following conditions: <br />A. The group issued the permit will be responsible <br />for any damage which might occur during use of <br />the City Hall facility. <br />B. The City Hall facility is returned to the same <br />order in which it was found, i.e. straightening <br />chairs and tables, litter cleaned up, etc. <br />C. All lights and other electrical appliances should <br />be turned off prior to leaving. <br />D. Arrangements for the use of the City Hall <br />facilities must be made at .least 7 working days <br />in advance of the requested date. <br />E. Building must be securely locked by the person <br />who has signed for the key(s). <br />F. At least 7 days advance permission must be <br />obtained if the kitchen is to be used for the <br />purpose of serving food or beverages. <br />G. No reservations will be accepted more than 30 <br />days in advance from organizations listed under <br />priority grouping No. 3. <br />H. A cleaning or damage deposit, will he required for <br />all groups based on the following fee schedule: <br />City Community Room - $19:99 $25.00 <br />City Kitchen - Wree $20.00 <br />Kos - $25.00 <br />Five dollars of the damage deposit paid for the <br />Community Room and/or Kitchen will be retained by <br />the City irregardless of the condition of the <br />rooms at the end of the rental period to <br />sr. <br />
