RESOLUTION NO. 1869 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW r <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE LABOR AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE <br />METROPOLITAN AREA MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION AND I.U.O.E. <br />LOCAL 491 AFL-CIO FOR CALENDAR YEARS 1985-1986 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View is a member of the <br />Metropolitan Area Management Association; and <br />WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Area Management Association <br />has been negotiating with the I.U.O.E. Local 49 for the <br />settlement of the Labor Agreement for calendar years <br />1985-1986 on behalf of the city of Mounds View and various <br />other metropolitan area cities; and <br />WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Management Association and <br />I.U.O.E. Local 49, AFL-CIO have reached a settlement of <br />these issues. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, HE IT RIiSOLVED that the city Council A <br />of the City of Mounds View hereby ratifies and approves the <br />IF <br />settlement reached between the Metropolitan Area Management <br />Association and I.U.O.E. Local 49, AFL-CIO, which contains <br />the following conditions: <br />1. Determine the Master Labor Agreement between <br />the Metropolitan Area Management Association <br />and I.U.O.E. Local 49, AFL-CIO, shall run from <br />January 1, 1985 through December 31, 1986 with a <br />reopener in 1986 for wages and insurance <br />contributions only. <br />2. The following wage schedule shall be in effect• <br />from the first payroll period in the year <br />indicated through the last payroll period of <br />that year: <br />1985 <br />Maintenance I $ 8.14/hour <br />Maintenance II 11.30/hour <br />Maintenance III 11.78/hour <br />3. The Employer contriuutlon per employee for Group <br />Health and Life Insurance including dependent <br />coverage for calendar year 1985 shall be to a <br />maximum of $155.00 per month. <br />
