Consideration was also given to application makeup, <br />examination <br />employment record, commendation and awards and attendance record. <br />On January 22, 1985, the Civil Service Commission advised me that <br />Officer Jack Chambers obtained the highest score and that they <br />I uldvrec omfortablehis pwithttheirtrecamnethe ndation,of Investigator. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />I recommend that the City Council authorize the appointment of <br />Jack Chambers to the permanent position of Police Investigator. <br />
