ENERGY WORKSHOP AGREEMENT <br />sr <br />THIS AGREEMENT, effective as of the / day of <br />J�augQT__, 198_S, between Northern States Power <br />Company ("NSP"), a Minnesota corporation, and the City of <br />Mounds view (the "City"), a municipal corporation. <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, the Minnesota Public Utilities Commission <br />("MPUC") ordered NSP to implement a conservation investment <br />program which included providing assistance to conduct energy <br />conservation workshops and other energy conservation programs, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the City has established a Community Energy <br />Council (CEC) whose responsibilities include conducting energy <br />conservation workshops and implementing other energy <br />conservation programs. <br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the terms and <br />conditions stated herein, the parties agree as follows: <br />1. weatherization Materials. NSP shall provide the <br />City at the City's option either weatherization materials in <br />bulk or kit form at a cost to NSP of approximately $20 for <br />each Eligible Participant or reimburse the City up to $20 for <br />weatherization materials for each Eligible Participant. An <br />Eligible Participant shall be defined as a household in each <br />neighborhood of approximately 50-100 households which attains <br />40% household participation in a workshop, or if there is no <br />
