' 4. Auditor Training. NSP shall pay the tuition <br />for the local training for up to two auditors, not to exceed <br />a total of $600, who will perform audits for a City -sponsored <br />energy conservation program. <br />5. Audits. NSP shall pay the City $60 for each <br />approved residential energy audit completed by a City auditor <br />which was signed up by the City at a workshop. An approved <br />audit is either a Minnesota Energy Conservation Service (MECS) <br />audit or an alternative audit approved by the Energy Division <br />of the Minnesota Department of Energy and Economic <br />Development. <br />6. Volunteer Training. NSP shall reimburse the <br />City for the costs not to exceed $900 to train volunteers to <br />` assist elderly and physically impaired residents to install <br />the weatherization materials which they receive at the <br />workshop. <br />7. Workshops. The City shall develop a program <br />to stimulate interest in and publicize the availability of <br />workshops. During a workshop, the City shall discuss the <br />benefits of energy conservation, attempt to sign up households <br />for audits, to distribute the weatherization materials <br />specified in Section 1, to identify and demonstrate the <br />installation or implementation of energy conservation <br />measures and materials, to advise the participants concerning <br />the eligibility requirements and application procedures for <br />energy conservation financial assistance programs, to answer <br />3 <br />
