Report of <br />Attorney <br />Councilmember Hankner reported the Festivities 12. Reports of <br />Commission has been operating with five people, Councilmembers <br />which is a very small group, and due to their <br />size, they are having problems with planning the <br />1985 Festival in the Park. She explained that <br />due to lack of people to help, they were not planning <br />on having the church service this year, and due to <br />problems in not being able to get back information <br />from former commission members on past years <br />activities, they were not able to organize a <br />parade. She requested that the City intervene and <br />send a letter to the former Festivities Commission <br />members, asking them to return the paperwork and <br />information they have. <br />Motion/Second: Hankner/Quick to have the Clerk/ <br />A inistrator send a letter to the former Festivities <br />Commission members, requesting they return the <br />paperwork, information and files they may have still. <br />4. ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />Councilmember Quick had no report. <br />Councilmember Blanchard reported she had not attended <br />the Planning Commission meeting as she had attended an <br />airport meeting instead. <br />
