The present building will be replaced and relocated with a <br />1980 sq. foot more modern building with 240 sq. feet of <br />rest room and storage, 176 sq. feet walk-in 10 door cooler <br />and 1740 sq. feet of retail space. <br />14. Parking stalls will be provided, total of 15 stalls, allowing <br />parking , and so marked, for the handicapped. <br />15. Each island will have two multi -grade gasoline dispensers, <br />six hoses each dispenser. <br />16. At the end of each island a service center will be installed <br />which will hide the trash left by customers and none customers. <br />(see attached) <br />17. HOURS - 6:00 A.M. - 10:00 P.M. - seven days a week <br />364 days a year (closed on Christmas) <br />The Martin Oil Company has informed us that the existing 3 - 12,000 <br />gallon underground tanks are 13 years old.
