H. ANDERSON CONSTRUCTION, <br />MAJOR SUHDIVISION, SILVER LAKE WOODS, BLOCK 4, LOTS 1-8 <br />(COUNTY ROAD H-2 AND SILVER LAKE ROAD) <br />WHEREAS, M. H. Anderson Construction has requested City <br />cpproval of a major subdivsion and rezoning; and <br />ds, Block 4, has 8 lots zoned R-2; <br />WHEREAS, Silver Lake Woo <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the request is to subdivide the property into 14 <br />lots zoned R-1; and <br />I lots are, narrower than the Zoning <br />WHEREAS, the proposed R- <br />Code requirements; and <br />WHEREAS, the Developer requosts a varice based on density; <br />based on density, <br />and the City has nover granted a variance request <br />ds view <br />he <br />NOW, cd�inial ofyLheFlreglucsttd ihy M..
