As Y Y <br />resolution directed staff to prepare <br />the <br />splans <br />ndtions care ccomplete <br />for the subject project. The p and <br />and are attached for your review, comment and/or approval. <br />Financing for the project (estimated construction cost $25,000) is <br />proposed to come from the City's revolving improvement fund. This <br />fund is set up under City Code Chapter 20.02. The fund has a <br />sufficient balance to cover the cost of the project. The cost of <br />the project is proposed <br />to be eriodassessed to ResolutiontNo.he p1766rrequiresty sthatat ll <br />percent over a lU yearperiod. b the City in an amount <br />the petitioner submit a security approvedY <br />equal to 3 years payment of assessments on the entire project prior <br />to ordering and awarding the project for construction. The <br />security will assure that the City will receive 3 years worth of <br />payments. When the property is sold, hopefully within 3 years, the <br />assessment will be paid off at that time.
