Welcome <br />and introduced the Council and Staff. <br />Mayor Linke called the meeting to order at 7:30 PM <br />on Monday, March 25, 1985. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was said. <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Councilmembers Hankner, Quick, <br />Blanchard and Mayor Links. <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Attorney Meyers, Clerk/ <br />A inistrator Pauley and Public Works/Community <br />Development Director Thatcher. <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley administered the oath of <br />office to newly elected Councilmember Haake. <br />Motion/Second: Quick/Blanchard to approve the March <br />11, 1985 minutes as presented. <br />4 ayes 0 nays 1 abstention <br />Councilmember Haake abstained from the vote as she <br />had not been on the Council at that time. <br />Motion/Second: Hankner/Quick to approve the minutes <br />o� th' h March 12, 1985 as presented. <br />4 ayes 0 nays 1 abstention <br />Councilmember Haake abstained from the vote as she <br />had not been on the Council at that time. <br />2.
