Consideration <br />required was to set the date for two hearings on Staff Memo Re - <br />the proposed minor subdivision. He added the garding 21. H. <br />Planning Commission was unanimous in recommending Anderson Sbdv. <br />approval to the Council. <br />Motion/Second: Haake/Hankner to set a public hearing <br />Tor 7: 0 -PM April 22, 1985 and 7:50 PM on April <br />22, 1985 for the conditional use permit for flood plain <br />excavating and to redeliniate the wetland boundries by <br />amending Chapter 48 of the Mounds View municipal code. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Director Thatcher reported he had attended the Ramsey 10 <br />County hearing on five year street maintenance and <br />capital improvement plans for Ramsey County. <br />Attorney Meyers reported.he had received a number of <br />responses to the letter sent out by the City <br />regarding the zoning issues brought up in the Greg <br />JU[Uison Case, and he reviewed -omI^ of the comments <br />received. He added that the League will become <br />involved in the City's appeal. <br />Attorney Meyers reported he had received a report from <br />Al Perez and had delivered it to City Hall. He added <br />the Council should sit down with Mr. Perez, after they <br />have had a chance to review the report. He also <br />reported the MPCA will be holding meetings to review <br />the noise rules and conditions set, and he feels it <br />is very importatit that the Council meet before the <br />April 19th meeting date to discuss their strategy. <br />Motion/Second: Hankner/Blanchard to have a meeting <br />iHth the City Attorney on litigation on April 16th <br />at 6:30 PM. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Councilmember Quick had no report. <br />Councilmember Blanchard reported she had attended <br />the Fire Department meeting and had been told <br />everything was okay on the pension fund.
