9� <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1888 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE. OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION TO DAVE RAYMOND <br />WHEREAS, Dave Raymond has shown a sincere interest in <br />the welfare of the citizens of Mounds View by assisting the <br />Mounds View Energy Council in the capacity of Weatherization <br />Assistant; and <br />WHEREAS, Dave Raymond has won the respect and gratitude <br />of those who have had the privilege of working with him on <br />the Neighborhood Energy Workshop; and <br />WHEREAS, Dave Raymond has volunteered time, training, <br />transportation, knowledge and expertise in assisting in the <br />City's energy reduction efforts; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of <br />the City of Mounds View, on behalf of the residents of the <br />City of Mounds View, expresses its appreciation to <br />Dave Raymond for his dedicated service to the Mounds View <br />Energy Cour-il. <br />Adopted this day of , 1985. <br />ATTEST: <br />(SEAL) <br />Mayor <br />Clerk --Administrator <br />
