That the City of Mounds View enters Into an agreement with the State <br />of Minnesota, Department of Energy and Economic Development <br />and Recreation Grants Unit , Parks <br />, to provide such grants as are specifled <br />In numbered paragraphs I and 2, above, fur the years 1985 through <br />1988. <br />7.
