C <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1893 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING SCHEDULE FUR 'rHE UPDATE OF THE <br />COMPREHENSIVE PLAN, DISTRICTS 6 AND 12 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View has determined that <br />a review and update of those portions of. the City'_= Compre- <br />hensive Plan known as District,, 6 and 12 is necessary; and <br />WHEREAS, in order to provide the time nooded to <br />perform the review and update without experiencing undue <br />pressure for development the City adopted Ordinance No. <br />390 Prohibiting Development On An Interim Basis; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has directed staff to begin <br />the process of hiring a planning consultant to assist in the <br />review and update of Districts 6 and 12 of the Comprehensive <br />Plan, particularly that property in those Districts having <br />T.H. 10 frontage; and <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Citv Council to <br />establish a schedule for the completion of the review and <br />update in order to ensure a timely completion of the study. <br />NOW, THEREFORE., BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of <br />the City of Mounds View that the following is the schedule <br />for the review and update of the Comprehensive Plan as it <br />relates to Planning Districts 6 and 12. <br />DATE <br />ACTION <br />5/20/85 <br />Presentation of <br />Consultant <br />Proposals <br />5/27/85 <br />Hire Consultant <br />6/17/85 <br />Presentation of <br />Preliminary Finding <br />to City Council and <br />Planning Commission <br />RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUAL/GROUP <br />Director of Public Works/ <br />Community Development and <br />Clerk -Administrator <br />City Council <br />City Council <br />
