TO: Mayor, City Council and Clerk -Administrator <br />FROM: Police Civil Service Commission <br />DATE: May 8, 1985 <br />RE: HIRING OF POLICE OFFICER <br />On ADril 22, 1985, the Mounds View Civil Service Commission submitted <br />the following three names to the City Council for the purpose of hiring <br />new Police Officers <br />Robert Nelson <br />Margaret Wolverton <br />David Anderson <br />The City Council approved the hiring of Robert Nelson and Margaret <br />Wolverton. Margaret Wolverton has since accepted a position as Police <br />Officer in another City. <br />Therefore, the Mounds View Civil Service Commission requests that <br />City Council authorize the hiring of David Anderson to the position <br />of Police Officer effective May 15, 1985. Mr. Anderson's probationary <br />period will be six months with salary and benefits to be paid per <br />Local Union Agreement. <br />
