fORDINANCE NO. 391 <br />CITY ON MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OP MOUNDS VIEW <br />HY AMENDING CHAPTER 52 ENTITLED, "PARKS, PLAYGROUNDS, OPEN <br />SPACE AND RECREATION AREA RULES AND REGULATIONS", <br />SUHCHAPTER 52.03 INTOXICATING AND NUN -INTOXICATING LIQUOR <br />The Council of the City of Mounds View does hereby ordain: <br />SUBDIVISION 52.03 is amending by adding the <br />following, <br />INTOXICATING AND NON -INTOXICATING BEVERAGES. No <br />intoxicating beverayes except malt beverages <br />containing in excess of 3.2 percent of alcohol by <br />weight shall r: consumed, displayed, or possessed in <br />any park, playground, open space or recreation area <br />in the City. In no event shall any non -intoxicating <br />liquors besold or bartered in any park, playground, <br />( open space or recreation area : , exce t by a valid <br />permit issued by the Mounds View City Council. <br />Subdivision 1.
