MEMO TO: Planning Commission _r <br />FROM: Director of Public Works/Community Development <br />DATE: April 23, 1985 <br />SUBJECT: HERBST & SONS DEMOLIT[ON COMPANY <br />As you may recall, at the last Planning Commission meeting we <br />directed Herbst & Sons to prepare possible zoning layouts for his <br />property. <br />Attached please find two schemes indicating potential lot splits <br />and zonings. <br />Mr. Jim Donicht, President of Balco Building Systems, Inc., will <br />be present at the May 1, 1985 Planning Commission meeting to <br />discuss these two schemes. <br />SWT/bc <br />r. <br />
