r'r'\ MEMO TO: MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL <br />FROM: CLERK -ADMINISTRATOR <br />DATE: APRIL 23, 1985 <br />SUBJECT: BILLING STATEMENT FROM AL PEREZ dba <br />NORTHERN SOUND <br />Attached please find a billing statement from Al Perez dba <br />Northern Sound in the amount of $7,963.43 for work performed <br />by his firm in providing a report to the City Council <br />pursuant to an agreement with Mr. Perez entered into by the <br />City of Mounds View in late September of 1984. Mr. Perez <br />acknowledges in his statement that the City's agreement with <br />him was for a cost not to exceed $7,000 and, therefore, <br />although his expenses were in the amount of $7,963.43 he <br />would be requesting payment in the amount of $7,O00 only. <br />Mr. Perez further indicates that Northern Sound will <br />initiate a noise monitoring program for the City by lending <br />equipment to the City for our staff to set up and operate to <br />monitor noise, reviewing the data developed by the City, and <br />reporting to the City on the information that data provides. <br />Staff would request Council direction on this item. <br />DPF/mjs <br />Attachment: <br />
