The property is <br />zoned R-1, single Family Residential. <br />Mounds View City Code states the maximum size of an accessory <br />building is 400 square feet. City Code also status that if any <br />accessory building will exceed 216 square to+:t d conditional use <br />permit is required. Mr. Jarvis is proposing a 14' by 22' (308 <br />square feet) accessory building. Therefore, the owner must <br />request and obtain a conditional use permit prior to <br />construction. <br />Attached please find the following: <br />1.
