MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 133-85 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RECOMMENDATION TO THE CITY COUNCIL REGARDING MOUNDS VIEW <br />PLANNING CASE NO. 166-85, SIMONS SPORT SHOP MINOR SUBDIVISION <br />WHEREAS, Simons Sport Shop has requested City approval for <br />a minor subdivision for their property located 2840 Highway 10; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, this minor subdivision, as requested, requires <br />approval of the Planning Commission and City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the <br />minor subdivision request prepared by Sunde Land Surveying, Inc. <br />dated April 30, 1985; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed this <br />proposed minor subdivision and it is in conformance with all <br />Chapters of the Municipal Code, specifically Chapters 40, 42, 49 <br />and 49A and State Statutes; ' <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View - <br />Planning Commission recommends approval of the request by Simons <br />Sport Shop for a minor subdivision; <br />BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning <br />Commission direct staff to forward this resolution to the City <br />Council prior to approval of the minutes. <br />ATTEST: <br />(SEAL) <br />Adopted this 15th day of May, 1985. <br />Chairman <br />Director of Public Works/ <br />Community Development <br />J <br />
