ORDINANCE NO. 387 CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW COUNTY OF RAMSEY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE. MUNICIPAL CODE OF MOUNDS VIEW BY AMENDING CHAPTER 25 ENTITLED, "STORM WATER MANAGEMENT FUND" The Council of the City of Mounds View does hereby ordain: SECTION 1. Chapter 25.04 is amended to read as follows: 25.04 Applicability, Any owner or his agent, who applies for a building permit under Chapter 59 of the Municipal Code, shall pay a Storm Water Management Charge in an amount, as determined hereinafter, to the Fund. _ When the City Engineer determines that the applicant's la directly or indirectly contributes storm water to the existine storm sewer system the applicant shall pay the Storm Water Management (SWM) charge for directly or indirectly contributin water to the Clty'S storm sewer system, for utilizing the City existing storm sewer system and for maintenance of the City's sewer system, When the City Engineer determines that the applicant s land does not directly or indirectly contribute st water to the City's existino storm sewer system, the applicant shall pay 209 of the SWM char ain for benefits accruingto the applicant for the City's existstorm sewer system and the maintenance of the City's storm sewer system_ SECTION II. Chapter 25.05 is amended to read as follows: 25.05 Computation of Required SWM Charge.
