Any <br />changes agreed to by the Cities shall be implemented when <br />computing the 1988, 1989 and 1990 annual cost for each City. <br />(b) The total annual amount determined in (a) shall be <br />divided into twelve equal installments with payment <br />to be made by the 15th of each month commencing on <br />January 15, 1981. To facilitate payment, the Fire <br />Department shall bill the City during the first week <br />of each month. <br />ARTICLE 5 <br />DETERMINATION OF FIRE DEPARTMENT BUDGET <br />5.1) The annual Fire Department budget shall consist of <br />the entire cost of operation of the Fire Department <br />including salaries, compensation, repairs and upkeep. The <br />budget shall also include the costs incurred by the Fire <br />Department in financing the special fund of the Spring Lake <br />Park Firemen's Relief Association, such costs to be <br />determined under the provisions of Minnesota Statute 69.774. <br />r. <br />I' <br />- 4 - <br />
