r MEMO TO: Clerk -Administrator and City Council <br />FROM: Director of Public Works/Community Development <br />DATE: June 6, 1985 <br />SUBJECT: KENNETH SJODIN MINOR SUBDIVISION REVUEsT <br />8394 SPRING LAKE ROAD <br />On June 5, 1985, the Planning Commission approved Resolution No. <br />134-85 which recommends approval of the minor subdivision request <br />of Kenneth Sjodin, 8394 Spring Lake Road. Mounds View City Code <br />requires that a public hearing be held for minor subdivisions. <br />Therefore, staff recommends scheduling the hearing for June 24, <br />1985 at 7:45 p.m. In addition, notice shall be published in the <br />New Brighton Bulletin on June 12, 1985. <br />If you have any questions, please contact me. <br />/bc <br />Attachment <br />
