Mounds View, TIN 5511:! <br />-------------------------------------- <br />The Mounds View City Council was called to order by <br />1. Call to Order <br />Mayor Linke at 7:30 PM on May 28, 1985. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was said. <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Councilmembers Blanchard, Haake, <br />Han ner, qUICK and Mayor Linke. <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Attorney Meyers, Clerk/Admini- <br />strator Pauley and Public Works/Community Development <br />Director Thatcher. <br />?lotion/Second: Haake/Blanchard to approve the May <br />13, 19 5 minutes as amended. <br />4 ayes 0 nays 1 abstention <br />Councilmember Hankner abstained as she had been absent. <br />Milan Illig, 2809 County Road H, questioned the status <br />of removal of the accessory buildings on his neighbor's <br />property, as a new accessory building is being built. <br />Mayor Linke replied the Council had spoken with the <br />property owner and the existing buildings are used to <br />house equipment which will go into the new buildin- <br />when it is far enough along, and the three existin <br />buildings will then be torn down. <br />Director Thatcher added that the property owner has <br />agreed to take the buildings down within the next <br />45 days. He pointed out, however, that the property <br />owner has one year under City code to complete the <br />accessory building, and his year will not be up <br />until October 1985. <br />Duane McCarty asked the status of the airport lawsuit <br />and expressed concern with proceeding in a timely <br />manner. <br />2.
