Any person aggrieved by this chapter <br />may request within seven (7) days of the time of <br />issuance of the notice to be heard by the hear.ini <br />officer who shall hear and determine the rievance.__ <br />The hearing officer shall have the authorg-- <br />dismiss the violation for cause, reduce or waive the_ <br />penalty upon such terms and conditions as can be <br />a reed u on b the ar.ties, however, reasonsaidr such <br />dis ositions shall be stated in writing by __ <br />hearing officer.
