ORDINANCE NO. 393 <br />PAGE TWO <br />400.03 Ilearin u(I'irer._rho CIork_Admini_.iraIor <br />shall be the hearing officer, and he or his designee <br />is authorized to hear or determine a cause or <br />controvert relative to this chapter___The <br />hearing olCicer is not a idicial otliaer and is a <br />u <br />public officer as defined by Minnesota_ Statute_ 6O9.4_l_5 <br />and su erect to Minnesota Statutes relating to public <br />��I 11 iuurs. <br />400.04 Heariny. Any person aggrieved by this chapter <br />may request within seven (7) days of the time of <br />issuance of the notice to be heard by the hear.ini <br />officer who shall hear and determine the rievance.__ <br />The hearing officer shall have the authorg-- <br />dismiss the violation for cause, reduce or waive the_ <br />penalty upon such terms and conditions as can be <br />a reed u on b the ar.ties, however, reasonsaidr such <br />dis ositions shall be stated in writing by __ <br />hearing officer. If the violation is sustained by the <br />hearint officer the is <br />shall pay satisfaction of <br />the enalty or shall sign an agreement to p.�upon <br />such terms and conditions as set forth by the hearing <br />officer. <br />400.05 Failure to Pay.
