RESOLUTION NO. 1911 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF ESCROW FOR <br />DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT NO. 82-54 WITH GOOD VALUE HOMES <br />WHEREAS, the Developer, Good Value Homes, in Development <br />Agreement No. 82-54, was required to improve the plat known as <br />Edgewood Square with streut, sewer, water, and street signs; and <br />WHEREAS, the Developer was required to post securities <br />necessary to assure that the improvement was placed and completed <br />in the amount of $150,000; and <br />WHEREAS, the improvements were installed and accepted; and <br />WHEREAS, the improvements passed the one-year warranty; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, during the warranty period the City had no <br />maintenance problems; and <br />,�.. WHEREAS, on December 10, 1984, the City Council of the <br />i City of Mounds View authorized deduction of escrow for <br />Development Agreement No. 82-54 with Good Value Homes from <br />$150,000 to $5,o0o; and <br />WHEREAS, City staff has certified that all terms of the <br />Development Agreement have been met and all outstanding <br />obligations of the developer to the City have been met; <br />NOW, THEREOFRE, 8E IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City <br />of Mounds View that satisfactory completion of Development <br />Agreement No. 82-54 is hereby ackowledged and release of the <br />$5,000 escrow is hereby authorized. <br />Adopted this 22nd day of July, 1985. <br />ATTEST: <br />(SEAL) <br />Mayor <br />Clerk-Adminisor <br />trat <br />
