Kraus Anderson <br />Major Subdi- <br />Director Thatcher reviewed the request of Kraus vision at <br />Anderson for a major subdivision of the property Highway 10 and <br />at Highway 10 and County Road I. He stated he County Road I <br />has two proposals on his desk now, from Super <br />America and Bonanza Steak House, to develop if <br />the property is subdivided. <br />Marcella Ragger, 8584 Mounds View Drive, stated <br />she had just spoken to many people in her <br />neighborhood who were against the projects and <br />had not received notice of the hearing. She <br />stated she was against the subdivision and <br />rezoning as it would increase traffic in <br />front of her home and decrease her property value. <br />Joel Mesanze, 2626 Lake Court Drive, stated he was <br />told the area would be developed with office buildings <br />and a medical clinic when he purchased his property <br />which he didn't mind, but he is opposed to having <br />Super America there. <br />Verna Melius, 2582 Mounds View Drive, stated she <br />was opposed to the rezoning and subdivision <br />and she did not see a notice published in the paper. <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley presented the notice of <br />legal publication, showing that it was officially <br />printed in the paper. <br />Kathy Tacte, 7430 Park View Terrace, stated she has <br />lived there three months and just now received her <br />information packet and learned that the New Brighton <br />Bulletin was the official newspaper. <br />Mr. Mesanze stated that if Super America has their <br />exits on County Road I instead of Highway 10, all <br />the traffic will go down through the residential <br />section. <br />Jan Mesanze, 2626 Lake Court Drive, stated too much <br />traffic would go into the residential area if Super <br />America is approved, and she is against the proposal. <br />Jessie Barnes stated that he has a problem with <br />litter around his area, from the 7-11 that serves <br />
