Call to Order <br />Mayor Linke at 7:35 PM on July 22, 1985. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was said. 2. Pledge of <br />Allegiance <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Councilmembers Hankner, Blanchard, 3. Roll Call <br />Haake and Mayor Linke. <br />It was noted that Councilmember Quick was absent. <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Attorney Meyers, Clerk/Admini- <br />strator Pauley and Public Works/Community Develop- <br />ment Director Thatcher. <br />Motion/Second: Hankner/Haake to approve the July 4. Approval of <br />8, 1985 minutes as presented. Minutes: <br />July 8, 1985 <br />4 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />Ken Sjodin, 2841 Bronson Drive, stated he was 5. Residents Re <br />representing the owners of the Gale/Yost and Comments <br />the Floor <br />addition, and the bids on that project had come <br />in higher than anticipated, and they would like <br />to have the bids thrown out and have the City <br />act as the general contractor. <br />Mayor Linke explained that the Council had dis- <br />cussed the matter at the last agenda session, but <br />Mr. Sjodin had not been present, and they will <br />continue discussion at the August 5th agenda <br />session. <br />Mayor Linke closed the regular meeting and opened 6.
