Planning application <br />2. Staff Report <br />3. Site and landscape plan <br />4. Planning Commission Resolution No.143-85 <br />The Planning Commission recommends approval of the conditional <br />use permit as well as the development. The Planning Commission <br />also recommends that a study be conducted of the traffic for the <br />Bonanza/Super America joint access to County Road I. There are <br />some parking and traffic conjestion problems that need to be <br />corrected prior to City Council approval. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Since this development requires a conditional <br />use permit, I recommend placing a notice in the paper on August <br />14, 1985, with the public hearing held on August 26, 1985. A <br />courtesy mailing will be sent to residents in the area. <br />SWT/bc <br />
