I also understand that Kraus/,� <br />Anderson agreed to install power to these and other street lights - <br />in the area as development progresses and power transformers are <br />installed. I understand the power transformers for these lights <br />have already been installed. <br />I strongly request that you have the lights operating by July 31, <br />1985. <br />If the Super America gas station or the Bananza Restaurant are <br />constructed, power to street light number 9 shall be installed. <br />If you have any questions, or if I have misinterpreted our verbal <br />agreement, please let me know in writing as soon as possible. <br />Sincerely, <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />'�14_ " <br />Steven A. Northern States Power Company will bill the City on a <br />monthly basis for power to the street lights. <br />
