Exhibit 2A to require the following: <br />a) Paved parking area to use 8-6-18 curbing. <br />b) Applicant must satisfy the requirements of <br />City Code Chapter 40.07, Subd. K. <br />c) Approval from Ramsey County for curb cut. <br />d) Payment of all City expenses above and beyond <br />amounts previously submitted, <br />e) Other items as may be required by the City Council <br />f) F. s I. pedestrian curb ramps for sidewalk at curb <br />cuts. <br />g) Site berming shall be coordinated with Super <br />America site to facilitate screening of residential <br />property. <br />h) Shrubs shall be installed between parking area and <br />streets. <br />i) Developer shall furnish a landscape plan: <br />1. Trees shall be installed on berm. <br />2. Trees shall be installed on green areas <br />inbetween parking. <br />3.
