RESOLUTION NO. 1916 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING MINOR SUBDIVISION FOR <br />2662 HILLVIEW ROAD, CASE NO. 167-85 <br />WHEREAS, Noel S. Lanes, 2665 Hillview Road, had requested <br />City approval for a minor subdivision on April 1, 1985; and <br />WHEREAS, a Surveyor's Certificate has been provided for <br />the Noel S. Lanes property; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed this proposed <br />minor subdivision and it is in conformance with all Chapters of <br />the Municipal Code, specifically Chapters 40, 42, 49 and 49A and <br />State Statutes; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br />Council approves the minor subdivsion for 2665 Hillview Road, <br />Adopted this 12th day of August, 1985. <br />r <br />ATTEST: <br />(SEAL) <br />Mayor <br />Clerk -Administrator <br />
