Resolution 10072, Accepting the Completed Plans and Specifications for the <br /> 4 2025 Street Project and Authorizing Bidding of the Project. <br /> 5 <br /> 6 Public Works/Parks and Recreation Director Peterson requested the Council accept the completed <br /> 7 plans and specifications for the 2025 Street Project and authorizing bidding of the Project. He <br /> 8 reviewed the roadways that were included in the project area and noted he was working with the <br /> 9 City Attorney to expand the City's right of way in some areas. He commented the plan was to put <br /> 10 this project out for bid on March 14 with a bid opening held on April 4. The Council would then <br /> 1 1 accept the bids and award the contract on April 14. <br /> 12 <br /> 13 MOTION/SECOND: Meehlhause/Smith. To Waive the Reading and Adopt Resolution 10072, <br /> 14 Accepting the Completed Plans and Specifications for the 2025 Street Project and Authorizing <br /> 15 Bidding of the Project. <br /> 16 <br /> 17 Ayes—5 Nays—0 Motion carried. <br /> 18 <br /> 19 9. REPORTS <br /> 20 A. Reports of Mayor and Council. <br /> 21 <br /> 22 Council Member Smith reported the Ramsey County League of Local Government would be <br /> 23 meeting on Tuesday, March 11. <br /> 24 <br /> 25 Council Member Smith explained she would be attending a Cable Commission meeting on <br /> 26 Thursday, March 20. <br /> 27 <br /> 28 Council Member Clark encouraged the public to attend the Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday,April 19 <br /> 29 at 9:00 a.m. She noted volunteers were needed to assist with filling and putting the eggs out at City <br /> 3o Hall Park. <br /> 31 <br /> 32 Council Member Clark reported the Festival in the Park Committee would be meeting next on <br /> 33 Tuesday, April 1. <br /> 34 <br /> 35 Council Member Clark invited the public to attend the Mounds View Lions St. Patrick's Day <br /> 36 Celebration at the Community Center on Sunday, March 16 from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. <br /> 37 <br /> 38 Council Member Meehlhause stated on Tuesday,February 25 he attended Convention Bureau 101 <br /> 39 with the Twin Cities Gateway, along with Council Member Gunn. He asked that staff from the <br /> 40 Twin Cities Gateway Bureau be invited to a future City Council meeting. <br /> 41 <br /> 42 Council Member Meehlhause indicated he would be attending a Twin Cities Gateway Board <br /> 43 meeting on Tuesday, March 18. <br /> 44 <br /> 45 Council Member Meehlhause commented he would be attending an NYFS Finance meeting on <br /> 46 Wednesday, March 19. <br />
