ORDINANCE 1040 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MOUNDS VIEW ZONING CODE REMOVING <br /> MINIMUM PROJECT SIZE AND FRONTAGE REQUIREMENTS <br /> FOR PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENTS <br /> The City of Mounds View Ordains: <br /> Section 1. Background; authority. <br /> 1.01. The city of Mounds View ("City") has adopted a zoning ordinance pursuant to the <br /> authority granted by the Municipal Planning Act. M.S. §§ 462.351 to 462.365, <br /> inclusive, as they may be amended from time to time. <br /> 1.02. Sections 160.450 and 160.451 of the Mounds View Zoning Ordinance detail the <br /> process and requirements for amending the zoning code. <br /> Section 2. The City Council of the City of Mounds View hereby amends Title XV: Land <br /> Usage, Chapter 160, by deleting Sections 160.317(A)(2), 160.317(A)(3), 160.317(B)(2), <br /> 160.317(B)(3), 160.317(C)(2), and 160.317(C)(3), and renumbering the sections <br /> following, to read as follows: <br /> 160.317 SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS AND STANDARDS. <br /> (A)Residential planned unit development. <br /> (1) Purpose. It is the intent of this division (A) to establish special <br /> requirements for the granting of a conditional use permit for residential <br /> PUD projects which are in compliance with the permitted and conditional <br /> uses allowed in a specific district, including dwellings, offices and <br /> institutional uses of one or more buildings in relation to an overall design <br /> and integrated physical plan and in accordance with the provisions and <br /> procedures as pres�c'ribTe�d in this chapter. <br /> Minimum n ojeGt s e trar+t of land for which a planned it <br /> development general residential proieGt i rd s propose and permit requested <br /> 0V. <br /> shall nontain not less than three aGres of land <br /> (3) Required frontage.
