County <br />shall perform all audits of the casic grant amourts and <br />resulting program income as required under the Act and <br />Regulations. <br />All projects undertaken pursuant to this agreement shall be <br />subject co home rule charter provisions, assessment, planning, <br />and building laws, ordinanc9s and regulations <br />coning, sanitary <br />applicabis to the Municipality in which the project is situated. <br />The parties mutually agree to take all rsnuired artlons to <br />comply with the provisions of the National Environmental Policy <br />Act of 1969, Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Title <br />VIII of the Civil Rights Act of 1968, Executive order 11908, <br />7 <br />
