As our <br />name implies, we arc a company that sells, services, and rcpair, electrical <br />equipment We can categorize our work into four main areas: electric motor <br />repairing, swttchicar servicing, transformer sales and servicing, and capacitor <br />replacement. Electric motor repair work is done primarily in the snop, while <br />capacitor, transformer and sw,tchgear work is predominatly done at the customer's <br />aitc. <br />Our company repairs electric motors for commerce and industry. We work on <br />motors from fractional horsepower on up to 500 horsepower. We perform <br />mechanical repairs as well as rewinds. The rewind process includes burning the <br />old varnish off in an oven, removing the original copper coils, installing new coils, <br />dipping in a varnish, and baking to harden the varnish. <br />All servicing of motors requires disassembly, cleaning, repairing, then reassembly <br />1g-iTCHGEAR <br />'Switchgear' is any electrical apparatus used to switch electrical power. This <br />includes circuit breakers, disconnect switches, fuses an] a few others.
