Sketch plan of the proposed major subdivision. <br />The major problem with this subdivision is the location of the <br />existing house and garages in relation to proposed IvL lines. <br />One possible solution is to require that the existing garage on <br />Lot 5 be relocated to provide proper setback distances from <br />propert; lines. The rear property line on Lot 1 can be adjusted <br />to a 30 foot setback distance from the back property line.
