It is our intention to split the existing <br />parcel into 4 parcels, the existing homestead and 3 new building <br />sites. Also at a future date the parcel containing the existing <br />house and 2 garages may be split into a fifth lot. <br />We would, upon approval of this lot split, construe: 3 new single <br />family ,-esidences on these newly created parcels.
