HUGHES CONSTRUCTION <br />DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT NO. 81-43 <br />The Developer, E. 'r. Hughes Construction, has ronatru.ted a <br />4-unit residential building located at 7624 Edyewood Drive. <br />The Developer is now requesting release of the development escrow <br />in the amount of $600. <br />City staff has determined that all requirements set forth in <br />Development Agreement No. 81-43 have )een net. <br />RECOMMENDATION: I recommend release of the $600 escrow per <br />Development Agreement No. e1-43. <br />/be <br />
