4t--.tK_ /i <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of <br />the City Council or the City of Muuhds Via., Miracsot.:, <br />held at the City Nall, on the <br />with the following members present: <br />and the following members absent: <br />Member introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />ad,;ption: <br />RESOLUTION CERTIFYING THE 1986 BONDS AND INTEREST .TAX LEVY <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mounds <br />View, Minnesota, as follows: <br />1. That the bonds and interest tax levy scheduled <br />for 1986 for the General Obligation Water Revenue <br />Bonds of 1969, now called the 1976 General Obli- <br />gation Refunding Bonds is: $52,3UU.UU <br />2. That there is now on hand in and is hereby <br />irrevocably appropriated to the sinking fund for <br />the retirement of principal and interest on the <br />General Obligation Water Revenue Bonds of 1969 now <br />called the 1976 General Obligation Refunding Bonds <br />the sum of: $21,421.00 <br />That the County Audi`nr of Ramsey County is her::b <br />regieste.l and directed to reduce by $21,421.0U the <br />texeS levied for collection in the next ensuing <br />yeer for payment of said principal &ad interest, <br />pursuant to Minnesota Stitutes, section 475.61. <br />3. That the County Auditor of Ramsey is hereby <br />requested and directed to levy upon taxable property <br />in the City of Mounds View the sum of $30,879.00 <br />for the payment of said principal and interest of <br />said bonds. <br />
