li'lt-11._ /S <br />RESOLUTION NU. 1532 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY / v RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNLSOl'A <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING MAJOR S„bDIVISIONOUNDS APLANNCONDITIONAL <br />ING CASE 1USE <br />85 <br />USE PERMIT FOR 6085 WOODLAWN, <br />WHEREAS, J. A. Menkveld has applied for a ma)or subdivi- <br />sion (2 lot into 4 lots) and conditional use permit (for an <br />accessory building of 4UO square feet); and <br />WHEREAS, the property owner has ayreed to remove the <br />garage and shed located on the proposed Lot 2 within ninety days <br />of the plat filing; and <br />WIIERFAS, the property owner has agreed ts, remove two feet <br />from the 20 foot by 22 foot accessory building on proposed Lo. 4 <br />so that it will not exceed tae maximum 400 square feet required <br />for the bulding to be classified as an accessory building; and <br />WHEREAS, the property c.r,'r has agreed to make Lot 4 <br />deeper so that the 30 foot backyard setback requirement can be <br />,net; and <br />WHEREAS, the major suadlvision request is not in a flood <br />plain or wetland zone and me..ts all City requirements, specif- <br />ically Chapters 40, 42, 49 and 494 and State Statutes; and <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission recommends <br />3pprcval of this request; <br />NOW, THFRErORE, BE I9 kESULVED that the City Council of <br />the City of Mounds View approves a conditional use oernit with <br />the following requirements: <br />). Removal Of the short section of driveway to the <br />proposed accessory burlding. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the Cit} <br />of Mounds View approves the major subdivision request of J.
