W have been <br />praused, by phone, repeatedly since early spring that the street lights <br />would be hooked cp and as of yet, nothing has tmopired. ,Mon are no <br />wires ran uder ground for the corvections and these has been no activity <br />tc rem dy this. With fall 4m us, the next plausible ewise will be the <br />w-imer weather. <br />7tre teenagers are well &are of this problem and use thus street and <br />the park as a dunpin9 4mnld. Also they have fires ir the park and the <br />street is littered with glass. We need lights to curtari these activitiee. <br />Enclosed find a copy of a letter and a nap we received from the <br />Ow-ractor sating their intenti,ms as of July 16, 1985. We feel tht city <br />has more clout than we do in alieviatinq this peCblee.
