He added he feels <br />the agenda sessions are a waste of time for the public <br />to attend. <br />Councilrcmber Hankner stated she is a firm believer <br />in giving public notice, and she will not remove the <br />ordinance from the table until the pubirc has been <br />notified. <br />Motion/Second• Hankner/Haake to approve the consent 6. Bonanza <br />Restaurant <br />Director Thatcher presented the Council with a letter <br />received from Tore WiFtrom of Kraus/Anderson, <br />indicating that the proposed development of a Bonanza <br />Restaurant at the intersection of County Road I and <br />Mounds View Drive has bean terminated by Bonanze. <br />Restaurants. He added this would have no effect on <br />the Super America driveway, as it will be completely <br />on St.per Ame: iCa'S property. <br />Mavor Lipka closed the public hearing and reopened <br />the regular meeting at 7:1b PM. <br />Motion/Seronu: Hae,ke/Vuick to remove this :tem from S. Minor Sub - <br />the table.' division and <br />CUP Request <br />5 ayes J ❑ays for 2320 <br />Highway 10 <br />Wayne Brunr, representing Ronald Richardson, the <br />applicant, reviewed t)v proposed plan for a self- Motion Carri <br />service car wash at 2320 Highway 10. <br />Director Thatcher reported the proposed plan meets <br />City code requirements for stacking, with 16 spaces <br />required, and 22 being provided. He added the <br />Planning Commission has reviewed the proposal and <br />they recommend approval. He explained they did not <br />hold a public hearing, as one was not required by <br />City code. <br />Director Thatcher reviewed the proposed development <br />agreement and conditional use permit. He also reviewed <br />the data compiled when the water department visited <br />four homes in the area that had cv)mplained of their <br />
