Menkveld <br />c As::o&ates <br />Mr. Menkveld reviewed the-eguest for the proposeJ <br />major subdivision of 2 .ots into d and the need for <br />a conditional use pe:rt,iz for the 900 sq. ft. accessory <br />building at 8085 Woodlawn Drive, <br />Don Schmolke, 8070 Edgewuod, questioned where the house <br />would be on parcel 22. Mr. Menkveld showed where it <br />would be toward the front of the lot. <br />Mayor Linke explained that per the -uilding code, <br />homes a.e required to be lined ❑p close to the road. <br />Mayor Linke closed the public hearing and reopened the <br />regular meeting at 7:20 PM. <br />Motion/Second: Haake/Hankner to approve Resolution <br />No. 1932, for a major subdivision and conditional use <br />permit for a 400 sq. ft. accessory building at 8085 <br />Woodlawn Drive, and waive the reading. <br />5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />Attorney Meyers had no report 9.
