Future <br />financing requirements will be greater as older facilities <br />are replaced and new facilities are built to serve new loads. <br />NSP is requesting an interim rate increase of 9.29% ($88,965,000) <br />effective for the period beginning September 30, 1985 and <br />ending September 30, 1986. <br />Variable rate increases are proposed, <br />resulting in an <br />overall <br />increase of 13.44b.
