Public Hearing: <br />first public hearing. J. A. Menkveld <br />6 Associates <br />Mr. Menkveld revlewed the request for the proposed <br />major subdivision of 2 lots into 4 and the need for <br />a conditional use permit for the 400 sq. ft. accessory <br />building at 8085 Woodlawn Drive. <br />Don Schmolke, 8070 Edgewood, questioned where the house <br />would be on parcel 22. Mr. Menkveld showed where it <br />would be toward the front of the lot. 10 <br />Mayor Linke e..plained that pe_ the building code, <br />homes are required to be lined up close to the road. <br />Mayor l.inke closed the public hearing and reopened the <br />ragula- meeting at 7:20 PM. <br />Motion!Secui,d: H3dke/Hankner to approve Resolution <br />No. 1932, for a major subd.vision ai4 conditiona: use <br />permit for a 400 sq. ft. accessory building at 8085 <br />Woodlawn Drive, and waive the reading. <br />5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />Attorney Meyers had no report 9. Reports of <br />Association of Metropolitan Municipalities meeting Councilmembers <br />of the Metropolitan Agencies Committee. <br />Councilmember Quick reported the cost of the first ' <br />annual Staff and Council picnic was $287.03. <br />Councilmember Blanchard had no report. <br />
