90.01 <br />CHAPTER 90 <br />NUISANCES <br />90.01 Public Nuisance. <br />Subd..'. .0 <br />.-_n 1. ohilI NuicAnra npfinod. A public <br />nuisance is athirg, act or use of property which shall: <br />(1! Annoy, injure or endanger the health, safety, comfort <br />or repose of the public. <br />(2) Offend public decency. <br />(3) Unlawfully interfere with the use of or obstruct, or <br />tend to obstruct or render dangerous for passage, a public water, <br />park, square, street, alley or highway. <br />(4) Depreciate the value of the property of the <br />inhabitants of the Municipality or of a considerable number <br />thereof, or <br />(5) In any way render the inhabitants of the Munici- <br />pality or a considerable number thereof, insecure in life or in <br />use of property. <br />Subdivision 2. Definitions. <br />(1) 'Person" 3s use? herein includes any person, film, or <br />corporation, and the singular shall include the plural. <br />(2) Where rpferen,:es are made herein to {'articular <br />officers, boards, agencies o: the Council are those that are of <br />Mounds view unless otnerwise defined. <br />(3) Beverages with an alcoholic content rot exceeding <br />3.2 percent saal. be included in the term "intoxicating liquors" <br />as vsed herein. <br />S:odtvtsior "s.
